Question 1

What do I get for free?

Accepted Answer

Every publish cycle we release one Ultra-Safe (SAFE) pick for free on the Picks page, plus the public performance summary and the World Cup 2026 results archive. You do not need an account to see it.

Question 2

What is included in Premium?

Accepted Answer

Premium Intelligence is $49/month. Each publish cycle you get the Ultra-Safe pick, one Smart Parlay (2 to 4 legs), one Value Underdog (2.0+ odds), and up to 6 Additional Premium Picks, all with full rationale: multi-bookmaker odds consensus, injury and lineup checks, form and fatigue, odds movement, and the model-vs-market edge. You also get the full performance breakdown by league, category, and odds band.

Question 3

How do I access Premium after paying?

Accepted Answer

Checkout runs on Stripe. When you return to the site you are signed in automatically and Premium picks unlock straight away. There is no password: your account is the email address you used at checkout.

Question 4

How do I sign in on another device?

Accepted Answer

Open the Premium page, choose "Already a member? Sign in", and enter the email you used at checkout. We email you a one-time sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes. Once you click it you stay signed in on that device for 30 days.

Question 5

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

No. The free Ultra-Safe pick is the preview. Premium starts as soon as payment is confirmed and you can cancel at any time.

Question 6

Can I share my subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. A subscription is for one person. Please do not forward sign-in links or repost Premium picks. Accounts that share access can be suspended.

Question 7

Is the 2026/27 season live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our first 2026/27 slate published on Friday 14 August 2026 for La Liga's opening weekend, Premier League coverage started 21 August, Serie A, Ligue 1, and Bundesliga followed in late August, and the Champions League league phase joins in mid-September. The normal twice-weekly cadence is running.

Question 8

What leagues do you cover this season?

Accepted Answer

Premium covers the top five European leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1) plus UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League. Weekend slates publish Friday; European midweek slates publish Tuesday.

Question 9

When are club picks published?

Accepted Answer

Automation runs twice weekly: Tuesday 04:00 UTC for European midweek matches (Tue-Thu) and Friday 08:00 UTC for weekend matches (Fri-Mon). The whole slate publishes in that run. The Ultra-Safe pick is then re-checked against confirmed lineups in the last couple of hours before its kickoff and can change up to about 30 minutes out. Times on the site are shown in your local timezone.

Question 10

What happens during international breaks?

Accepted Answer

When no covered league or UEFA fixtures are scheduled, for example during international breaks or the winter pause, a cycle may publish fewer picks or none. Your subscription continues to bill monthly; if you would rather pause, cancel before your renewal date and re-subscribe later.

Question 11

How did the World Cup go?

Accepted Answer

It was our best run to date: an 81.5% Core Pick win rate, 22 of 27 settled SAFE picks and PARLAY legs. Every one of those picks, winners and losers alike, stays published in the World Cup 2026 results archive at /performance/world-cup, together with final scores.

Question 12

Can I still buy the World Cup pass?

Accepted Answer

No. The World Cup 2026 Special was a one-time $49 tournament pass with daily matchday coverage and it closed with the tournament. Its settled results remain published as history. Club-season coverage is monthly Premium.

Question 13

What makes BetWithBat different from other tipsters?

Accepted Answer

We track every bookmaker our odds feed prices for a fixture (Bet365, Betfair, William Hill and others), compute a market consensus, detect line movement, and run every pick through injury, lineup, and rotation checks. Our model blends team strength, recent form, rest days, and market probabilities, then flags the fixtures where our number beats the price. Most tipsters rely on one source and cherry-pick matches. We scan full slates across tracked competitions, and every settled pick, win or lose, stays on the Performance page.

Question 14

What data sources do you use?

Accepted Answer

Live odds from every bookmaker our feed prices for a fixture, official fixtures, confirmed injuries and suspensions, lineup intel, team stats, form, head-to-head context, home/away splits, and schedule fatigue analysis. We never use mock or fabricated data. Every pick is backed by live market data.

Question 15

How do you calculate probability and edge?

Accepted Answer

We start with market-implied probabilities from multi-bookmaker consensus odds. The model adjusts that with team strength ratings, recent form, rest days, injury counts, and whether lineups have been confirmed. Edge is our model probability minus the implied probability. We only publish picks when the edge exceeds category-specific thresholds.

Question 16

Which markets do you pick?

Accepted Answer

1X2 (match result), Double Chance, and Over/Under 2.5 goals. Ultra-Safe picks need a calibrated probability of at least 67% (70%+ preferred) at odds of 1.30 to 1.90, and lean towards Double Chance when it is close. Parlay legs are priced 1.35 to 1.95, one per fixture, and a 3 or 4 leg ticket has to span at least two markets. Underdogs are 2.0+ odds with positive expected value. We never put the same fixture in two categories.

Question 17

What is a Core Pick?

Accepted Answer

Core picks are SAFE bankers and PARLAY legs only. That is the headline win-rate metric on the site. Underdog and supplementary OTHER picks are tracked separately and are not mixed into the Core Pick win rate. Each Smart Parlay is also settled as one joint ticket: combined (multiplied) odds times the $1,000 reference stake, won only if every leg lands.

Question 18

How are results settled and verified?

Accepted Answer

Results are graded automatically from official final scores after matches finish, with sweeps early Tuesday (weekend fixtures) and early Friday (European fixtures). Picks on postponed or abandoned matches are voided and excluded from the win rate. Return and profit figures assume an illustrative $1,000 reference stake per core pick; they are calculations, not bets we placed.

Question 19

Are the odds shown guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. Odds on the site are snapshots from the bookmakers we track at publication time. Prices move, so always check the current price, lineups, and kickoff time with your bookmaker before you bet.

Question 20

Do you tell me how much to stake?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not give staking or bankroll advice, and we do not place bets. The $1,000 figure on the Performance page is only a reference stake used to illustrate returns. Bet only what you can afford to lose.

Question 21

What are the returns like?

Accepted Answer

Performance varies and is tracked transparently on our Performance page. Results are based on live settled picks, not projections. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Sports gaming always involves risk.

Question 22

Are returns guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. Sports analysis involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. We track Core Pick performance transparently using settled picks and official match results, but no pick or parlay is a guarantee.

Question 23

How does the monthly subscription work?

Accepted Answer

Premium is $49/month, charged in US dollars by card through Stripe. Join while a limited-time offer runs and your first month costs the offer price shown at checkout; every month after that is $49. It renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Your card issuer may add a currency conversion fee, and any applicable VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout.

Question 24

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and click "Manage Subscription" on the Premium page. That opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel straight away or update your card. You can also email support@betwithbat.com from your checkout address, or use the contact form, and we will cancel within one business day. Cancel before your renewal date and you will not be charged again. There is no cancellation fee, and access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Question 25

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

No refunds. Premium picks are delivered in full the moment you pay, so subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including for unused time, losing picks, or change of mind. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to EU, EEA, and UK consumers. If you no longer want Premium, cancel and you will not be charged again.

Question 26

What is the loyalty guarantee?

Accepted Answer

If we record three consecutive losing calendar months while your monthly subscription is continuously active, email support within 30 days of the third month ending and we will credit one free month to your subscription. A losing month is a calendar month in which the settled Core Pick (SAFE + PARLAY) return on the Performance page is negative.

Question 27

What if the core picks lose money in my first month?

Accepted Answer

If you joined during a limited-time offer and the Core Picks (SAFE + PARLAY) that settle during your first month, from the day you joined to your first renewal, have a negative combined return on the Performance page, email support@betwithbat.com within 30 days of that renewal. We will credit the difference between the regular price and the offer price to your next renewal, so you get another month at the offer price. The credit cannot be paid out in cash.

Question 28

What happened to the World Cup Special?

Accepted Answer

The World Cup Special was a one-time $49 tournament pass for FIFA World Cup 2026. It did not renew and is no longer sold. Ongoing club-season coverage is monthly Premium, and the tournament results stay archived on the site.

Question 29

Which regions do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Our analysis is available worldwide, but that does not mean betting is legal where you are. You must be 18 or older (or the higher legal age where you live) and you are responsible for complying with local gaming (gambling) laws. We do not accept bets or facilitate wagering.

Question 30

Is this financial or betting advice?

Accepted Answer

No. BetWithBat is an entertainment and information service. Our picks are opinions generated by statistical models and AI, they can be wrong, and they are not financial advice. Read our Disclaimer and Terms of Service before using the site.

Question 31

What data do you keep about me?

Accepted Answer

Only what we need: your email, your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, and anything you send us through the contact form. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us. There are no passwords. See the Privacy Policy for cookies, retention periods, and how to exercise your GDPR rights.

Question 32

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact form or email support@betwithbat.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours. For privacy or legal requests, email the same address with "Privacy" or "Legal" in the subject line.
