These Terms form a binding agreement between you and BetWithBat when you use betwithbat.com or buy a Premium subscription. Please read them together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
GAMING (GAMBLING) INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS
- • You must be 18 or older (or the higher legal age where you live) and legally permitted to engage in sports gaming (gambling) in your jurisdiction
- • Never bet more than you can afford to lose
- • Our service is for entertainment and informational purposes ONLY and is not financial advice
- • We DO NOT accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate gambling. We publish analysis only

BetWithBat publishes AI-assisted football (soccer) analysis and pick recommendations for the top five European leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1) and the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League.

Premium Intelligence (paid)
- Ultra-Safe pick: the highest-confidence selection each cycle (at least 67% calibrated model probability, odds 1.30 to 1.90)
- Smart Parlay: one combination of 2 to 4 legs, one leg per fixture, spread across markets (1.35 to 1.95 odds per leg)
- Value Underdog: one upset-potential pick (2.0+ odds) with a positive model edge
- Up to 6 Additional Premium Picks per cycle across 1X2, Double Chance, and Over/Under markets
- Full rationale for every pick: multi-bookmaker odds consensus, injury and lineup checks, form and fatigue, odds movement, and model-vs-market edge
- Performance tracking by category and odds band
Publishing Schedule
Picks are generated twice weekly during the club season: Tuesday 04:00 UTC for European midweek fixtures and Friday 08:00 UTC for weekend fixtures. The Ultra-Safe pick is re-checked against confirmed lineups before its kickoff and can change up to about 30 minutes out. During international breaks, winter breaks, or when no covered fixtures are scheduled, a cycle may publish fewer picks or none at all.
What we do not do: we do not accept bets, hold or transfer funds, provide access to betting platforms, recommend stake sizes, or provide financial or investment advice. Any bet you place is made independently with a licensed operator of your choice and is entirely your own decision.
The number of picks in a cycle depends on the fixture list and our quality gates. We do not guarantee a minimum number of picks, a minimum number of cycles per month, or any particular result. We may improve, change, or withdraw features of the service. If we materially reduce what Premium includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Pricing
- • Premium Intelligence: US$49.00 per month
- • All prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee
- • Any VAT or sales tax that applies to you is shown at checkout
- • There is no free trial. Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed
Automatic Renewal
- • Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same calendar day you first paid
- • The renewal charge is US$49.00 unless we have told you about a price change at least 30 days in advance
- • If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. Premium access is paused until payment succeeds
- • Cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge (see section 4)
Limited-Time Offers
- • An offer applies to subscriptions started inside its window. The Pricing page shows the offer and when it ends. We may extend an offer before it ends, and the end date on the Pricing page is always the current one
- • Under an offer, your first month costs the offer price shown at checkout. Every renewal after that is charged at the regular price above
- • First-month credit: if the Core Picks (SAFE + PARLAY) that settle during your first month, from the day you joined to your first renewal, have a negative combined return on our Performance page, you can email support within 30 days of that renewal and we will credit the difference between the regular price and the offer price to your next renewal. The credit cannot be paid out in cash
The World Cup 2026 Special was a one-time tournament pass. It is no longer sold, it does not renew, and its access period has ended. Its settled results remain published as history.
We occasionally grant complimentary or promotional access. Complimentary access is a courtesy, carries no payment obligation, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Payment Processing
- • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number
- • Major credit and debit cards are accepted
- • A billing address is collected at checkout for tax and fraud-prevention purposes
- • Your Stripe receipt shows the amount charged and your renewal date
How to Cancel
- • Sign in and use Manage Subscription on the Premium page. It opens Stripe, where you can cancel immediately
- • Or email support@betwithbat.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the contact form. We cancel within one business day and confirm by email
- • Cancel before your renewal date and that renewal is not charged
- • Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for
- • No cancellation fee and no questions asked
Immediate Delivery & Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (EU, EEA & UK consumers)
Premium is digital content that is delivered in full the moment your payment is confirmed: every current Premium pick, its rationale, and the full performance archive unlock immediately. By ticking the acknowledgement at checkout and completing your purchase, you expressly request that we start delivering Premium immediately and you acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and the equivalent UK rules). This applies to your first payment and to every renewal payment.
No refunds: because Premium picks are consumed the moment they are viewed, all subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. We do not give refunds for change of mind, for unused time in a billing period, for losing picks, or for periods when fewer picks were published. Your remedy is to cancel, which stops all future charges while your access runs to the end of the paid period. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Loyalty Credit
If we record three consecutive losing calendar months while your monthly subscription is continuously active, you can email support within 30 days of the third month ending and we will credit one free month to your subscription. A "losing month" means a calendar month in which the settled Core Pick (SAFE + PARLAY) return shown on our Performance page is negative. The credit is applied to your next renewal and cannot be paid out in cash.
Account & Sign-in
- Your account is the email address you used at checkout. There is no password. We email you a one-time sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes
- Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your mailbox secure and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
- A subscription is for one person. Do not share sign-in links, screenshots of Premium picks, or your account with others
- You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date so that sign-in links and billing notices reach you
Age & Legal Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for gambling
- You must comply with the gaming (gambling) laws of your jurisdiction. Our analysis is available worldwide, but that does not mean betting is legal where you are
- You are responsible for determining whether using our service and placing bets is legal for you
- You confirm you are not self-excluded from gambling and that you are not using our service to evade any self-exclusion
Responsible Use
- Treat our analysis as one input among many. Verify odds, lineups, and kickoff times with your bookmaker before placing any bet
- Never bet more than you can afford to lose and never chase losses
- All gaming (gambling) involves a risk of loss, including loss of your entire stake
- Seek help if gaming (gambling) stops being fun. Support organisations are listed in our Disclaimer
Acceptable Use
- Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site, or access it by automated means other than a normal browser
- Do not attempt to bypass Premium access controls or probe our systems for vulnerabilities
- Do not resell, republish, or redistribute our picks or analysis, in whole or in part, for free or for payment
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Fees already paid are not refunded in that case
Performance & Accuracy
Past performance of our picks does not guarantee future results. Football matches are inherently unpredictable. Win rates, returns, and profit figures on the site are historical, are calculated on settled picks only, and use an illustrative reference stake of US$1,000 per core pick. They are not actual bets we placed and are not a promise of future performance. Odds shown are snapshots taken at publication time and will differ from the prices available when you bet.
AI-Generated Content & Third-Party Data
Rationale text and probabilities are produced with the help of statistical models and AI language models using data from third-party providers. They may contain errors, be out of date, or miss late news such as lineup changes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pick, odds, statistic, injury report, or other information on the site. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not promise uninterrupted access.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetWithBat is not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any bet you place. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Digital Content and Digital Services Directive ((EU) 2019/770), the Unfair Contract Terms Directive (93/13/EEC), and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. In summary:
- Data minimisation: we collect only what we need to run your subscription, sign you in, and support you. We never store card numbers
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, plus the right to complain to a supervisory authority
- Processors: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and data storage), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics if enabled

All content on the site, including picks, rationale, models, methodology, performance data, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to BetWithBat and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the content for your own non-commercial use
- You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly post our picks or analysis, or use them to train or build a competing product
- You may not reverse engineer our models or methods
- Bookmaker, league, and club names and logos referenced on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by any bookmaker
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed
- If a change is material, such as a price increase or a reduction in what Premium includes, we will email active subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, cancel before the change applies and it will not affect you
- Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms
- We may suspend the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as a data-provider outage. Where a suspension is prolonged and materially affects your paid period, contact support and we will extend your access or offer a remedy
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the service operator is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that country. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
Resolving Complaints
Please contact us first at support@betwithbat.com. We try to resolve every complaint within 14 days. EU consumers can also seek help from their national consumer organisation or the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) for cross-border disputes. We are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, but we will consider it in good faith.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These Terms, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
You may not transfer your subscription to someone else. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to a successor business, provided your rights are not reduced.
These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails.
